Directions to Facility
Go to Columbus and take i-85 South to the end. It ends at Fort Benning.
After leaving the security check point, continue on the divided highway.
After passing the golf course on the right, proceed on until you go down a hill.
Turn left at the traffic light on Collins Loop.
Immediately turn left again on Alamo Road.
At the shotgun ranges turn left (follow Pool Complex signs.)
The first building on the right is the 50 meter outdoor range where registration and equipment inspection will be conducted. The second building is the 10 meter indoor range where the riflery championship is held.
Security Procedures
Drivers entering the post must have a valid driver's license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance. All vehicle occupants should be ready to present identification. Vehicles and occupants subject to search upon entry.
Vehicles without military installation decals no longer have to stop at the visitors building and go inside to register - just proceed through an entry gate with license in hand.
Drivers and occupants must present identification upon entry.
Speed limits enforced! Cell phone use by drivers is prohibited on the post.
