The GHSA Softball State Championships presented by Mizuno were held Oct. 29-31 at South Commons Softball Complex in Columbus. The 2015-16 State Champions were: Mill Creek, Chapel Hill, Buford, Calhoun, Gordon Lee, Georgia Military and Eagles Landing Christian.
It was a first time state championship in softball for Chapel Hill, while Mill Creek last won in 2008. Gordon Lee took home its first 2A state title after previous 1A success. Buford, Calhoun, GMC and ELCA repeated as state softball champions. View complete past champion history.
