Note: Region champions were seeded into the brackets ahead of other teams regardless of their power ratings. The brackets are now posted on the GHSA web site and matchups are now FINAL.

Explanation of Appeals
1. Lincoln County's rating was appealed based on a mistake involving an out-of-state opponent. After recalculating, the published rating of 11.60 has been adjusted to 11.53. This did NOT affect their position in the ratings or the playoff bracket.
2. Calhoun County's rating was appealed based on incorrect data. After recalculating, the published rating of 10.97 has been adjusted to 11.01. This did not affect their position in the ratings or the playoff bracket.
3. Schley County appealed based on a disagreement over the procedure used to calculate the power ratings. This appeal was denied and their rating remained unchanged at 10.66.
