In 2011, the GHSA hosted the first Officiate Georgia Day and more than 1,700 officials attended the event at the Cobb Galleria. To date, this is the largest attended State Day in NASO history. On July 27, 2024 we will be hosting the event again at the Cobb Galleria and Waverly Renaissance Hotel. Officiate Georgia Day will kickoff the NASO Summit. Our 2024 event will feature renowned guest speakers from the world of sports officiating, selected officiating camps, fabulous gift bags, and much more. Our goal is to surpass the 2011 attendance number and show the sports officiating world that in Georgia we value the opportunity to “stay in the game.”
