The 2024 GHSA Girls Team Dual Wrestling State Championships held the second year of competition on January 26-27 in The Coliseum at West Georgia University. Carrollton claimed back-to-back state titles with a 49-27 win over Greenbrier. Gainesville edged Gilmer 42-40 to take 3rd place. Another highlight to the weekend was Krystal Montalvo becoming the first female to officiate a GHSA Wrestling State Championship.
