The 2023 GHSA Track & Field State Championships, presented by the Atlanta Track Club, were held May 11-13 at Hugh Mills Stadium (Albany), McEachern HS (Powder Springs), Kinnett Stadium (Columbus) and Barron Stadium (Rome). Boys & Girls title sweeps for: Westlake (7A), Sandy Creek (3A) and Montgomery County (1A Div. 2).
