2021 Atlanta Falcons GHSA Girls Flag Football Grant Application
Throughout the past few years, it has been of the utmost priority for the Atlanta Falcons to bring girls flag football to high schools across our state. In 2020, we were proud to announce with the Georgia High School Association that Girls Flag Football would be officially sanctioned as a sport in Georgia. But even after a successful inaugural season this past fall, we are not done yet. It is still our hope that every high school will continue to join the movement to provide more girls the opportunity to play.
To help reach this goal, the Atlanta Falcons and the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation are committed to providing grants to a select number of schools for the 2021 fall season who wish to offer this sport, but may not be able to due to financial restrictions. To be considered for a 2021 Atlanta Falcons Girls Flag Football Grant, please APPLY HERE
PLEASE NOTE:
*Not all schools that apply will be selected to receive a grant
*The deadline to apply is Friday, March 5 at 5pm
*Schools may apply for a grant up to $10,000
*Application must be filled out by an Athletic Director, Head Girls Flag Football Coach or Principal
*Your high school must select "yes" to participate in girls flag football on the GHSA's letter of intent to participate to be considered for a grant
