We are pleased to announce that the 2020 Jennie Finch Empowerment Award is now open for nominations. Jennie’s vision for this award is to recognize young female athletes that are making a positive impact in their communities who demonstrate powerful characteristics such as leadership, motivation, commitment, humility and integrity. Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and its impact on our girls’ ability to play a traditional season, we will be looking for nominations that have: “stories of youth softball players who have made an impact on their communities or stepped up for their families during these very difficult few months, as service to others embodies what the Jennie Finch Empowerment Award stands for. Through the support of Jennie Finch and Arm & Hammer, the selected winners will be recognized for their service to their communities and dedication to softball. We would like for you to take this time to nominate your extraordinary softball athlete.
In addition to the Jennie Finch Empowerment Award, Jennie will be hand-selecting 8 extraordinary softball athletes to receive the Jennie Finch RBI Scholarship Award from your submissions.
