The GHSA / Tommy Guillebeau Football State Championships presented by Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance will be played on Fri. & Sat., Dec. 9-10 at the Georgia Dome. All games will be televised live on Georgia Public Broadcasting and online at GPB.org and NFHSNetwork.com.
These eight games will be the final high school football contests played at the Georgia Dome, which opened in 1993. GHSA will move next season to Mercedes Benz Stadium, future home of the Atlanta Falcons. Several ceremonies during the weekend will recognize this historic occasion. A special thank you, to all the Georgia Dome staff past and present who have always successfully supported GHSA’s team and fans to create memorable events.
