The GHSA controls broadcasting rights with media partners throughout the playoffs & state championships.
Georgia Public Broadcasting will televise / stream one (1) game each round during playoff and football state championships (10). Peachtree TV will also carry one (1) contest per playoff round.
NFHS Network has video streaming rights to playoffs & state championships. “School Broadcast Programs” through NFHS Network may stream their own playoff game (home or away) without paying a rights fee. Non-SBP schools may broadcast their own game subject to GHSA rights fees, if the event is NOT being carried on the NFHS Network. NFHS Network subscription for 30-day unlimited viewing is $10.99.
Request for broadcasts (radio, TV, digital) contracts should be made during playoffs no later than Tuesday at 12 noon each week to Steve Figueroa, GHSA Media Relations, stevefig@ghsa.net.
