Longtime Georgia High School Association State Executive Committee member and former coach and GHSA Board of Trustees member Earl Etheridge received the prestigious NFHS Citation Award for Service to Coaching this week at the National Federation of State High School Associations' Summer Meeting in San Antonio, TX.
