In order to facilitate and more accurately report region competition results, the GHSA has established a procedure for reporting cross country team rosters online. We have created a roster form on the GHSA MIS website (app.ghsa.net) that will be used to report cross country team rosters instead of the paper forms used in the past.
Each school athletic department was mailed a letter with access codes for the cross country coach that are to be used to access the roster form. If you cannot locate the access code letter for your school, please email webmaster@ghsa.net and we will resend the letter via email. Athletic Directors also have access to this form and can report the roster.
Please check with your Athletic Department for access codes before emailing and requesting them from us! All schools were mailed access codes for cross country rosters.
The deadline for 2014-2015 cross country rosters is October 21, 2014.
