Allatoona captured the 2013-14 GHSA Riflery State Championship presented by Georgia Army National Guard with a state team record of 1,162 points followed by Upson-Lee (1,153) and Lumpkin Co. (1,152). Alana Kelly of Allatoona won top individual honors with a state record 296 points in the qualifying round for a total of 396.9. Brandon Thomas of Apalachee (393.1) was second, while Brianna Shelton of Winder-Barrow (392.4) took third place. The event was held at Pool International Shooting Complex in Ft. Benning.
